The Extension & Community Association (ECA), formerly known as the “Extension Homemakers Association," is an adult volunteer organization closely affiliated with the NC Cooperative Extension. By being an ECA member, you are in effect an off-campus student receiving research-based information from North Carolina State University and A&T State University. You are also part of a dynamic volunteer organization that promotes personal growth and seeks to enhance the quality of life for others in the local community.
